2. Donation Policies and Financial Sustainability
- Federal Status: the Foundation operates as a nonprofit organization under the federal 501(c)(3) status of the Internal Revenue Code of the United States.
- Deductibility: donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
- Secure processing: financial transactions are made through certified and encrypted third-party payment gateways (such as Zeffy). The Foundation does not store banking data and is not responsible for technical failures directly attributable to said payment platforms.
- Cancellation and refund policy: due to the nature of charitable contributions, donations and sponsorship packages are final and non-refundable. In the exceptional case of a verifiable technical error in card processing, the donor will have a period of 15 calendar days to notify the Foundation and request a review. For recurring donations, the user can cancel or modify their subscription at any time by sending an email at least 5 days before the billing date.
3. Community Guidelines and Platform Registration
To ensure that our website is a safe space for growth, all users (beneficiaries, volunteers, specialists and partners) commit to respecting the following digital coexistence rules when interacting with our forms or portals:

Consultations are provided by volunteers who operate under current licenses in their respective professional fields.
